WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COMPLETE ATHLETE PROGRAMME

​Long Term Athletic Development Pathway

​

An all inclusive, professional strength and conditioning programme designed to improve strength, power, speed and confidence for youth athletes

​

We have developed 3 distinct, progressive training phases depending on training experience, age and equipment availability:

​

Foundation Phase: For athletes aged 10-14 with little to no experience in strength and conditioning - all training completed from home

​

Development Phase: For athletes aged 11-16 with ~ 1 year of training experience - training completed from home OR a local gym

​

Performance Phase: For athletes aged 12-18+ with a minimum of 2 years training experience - training completed from a local gym

​

Training is planned in progressive 4 week blocks and is continuous, which means it never stops!

​

Complete up to 3 sessions per week at a time that works for you as a family

 

Physical Performance Testing and Monitoring with Leader boards

 

We test jumping ability (power) every 4 weeks to ensure your child is progressing

​

We also complete weekly, fun and engaging physical challenges where athletes can test there strength, co-ordination, power and speed

​

All results can get logged on a leader board to see where your child ranks when comparing to similar sports and ages

 

Dedicated Training App

 

All programmes are logged in a dedicated training app with video instructions that makes it easy for athletes to follow workouts and log training scores

 

Parent Community Group

 

Correspondence with parents is a key priority for us, and a private parent group allows us to regularly interact, educate and engage. Useful topics and points of interest as well as day to day logistics are continually passed on to allow complete transparency at all times

Goal Reviews with a Coach

 

Every 12 weeks, athletes and parents have the option to sign up to a goal review where we will review training progression and testing scores and set goals for the next block - both in sport and physically
